Formed in 2010 to recruit and retain members, the Committee consists of four Board members to maintain and accept nominations for membership, develop procedures for nomination and appointment; and create an orientation guide to provide ongoing professional development. Reasons cited include: industry based in Cape May County is comprised of small business owners who cannot commit time to actively participate and the overall economic climate of the region.
