Cape May County residents who would like to learn more about the free job search assistance available at the Cape May County One Stop Career Center are invited to attend Re-Employment Public Information sessions that will be held in April at various Cape May County Library branches.

One Stop System representatives will discuss the unemployment claims process, online resources for job searches, employment counseling, services to improve literacy, the tuition waiver program and job training grants, summer employment services for youth and young adults, GED testing, as well as services for individuals with disabilities, veterans and senior citizens.

There is no cost to attend and no required registration. The sessions are sponsored by the Cape May County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the Cape May County Library Commission and the Atlantic Cape May Workforce Investment Board (WIB).

The sessions are scheduled as follows:
6 p.m. April 22 at the Main Branch Library, 30 East Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House
6 p.m. April 27 at the Upper Library Branch, 2050 Route 631
6 p.m. April 29 at the Lower Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas
