RFP 2008815.3 Request for Proposal for the Provision of Job/Skill Training Services Under the Auspicious of Individual Training Account (ITA's for Adults and Dislocated Worker Participants of the atlantic Cape May One Stop System.

Proposals must be obtained from the Division of Purchasing; 6th Floor, 1333 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey during normal business hours or by calling (609) 343-2268. All questions concerning this request for proposal must be directed in writing to the Office of Budget & Purchasing by calling (609) 343-2268 or fax (609) 343-2193.

Proposers are required to comply with requirements of NHSA 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27. Proposers must abide by the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, P.L. 1963, Chapter 150. The contractor must comply with the applicable special "Pay to Play" restrictions adopted by the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders. The County of Atlantic reserves the right to reqject any or all proposals.

Under WIA, Public Law 105-220 and in Regulations Part 664

A mandatory pre-proposal conference shall be held on May 2, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the Atlantic County One Stop Career Center located at 2 South Main Street in Pleasantville, New Jersey. Proposals shall only be admitted up to one (1) hour after the start time of the pre-bid. Prospective proposals shall ensure that all questions they have concerning the plans and specifications be brought up at the pre-proposal conference, questions pertaining to the specifications and/or plans asked after the proposal may or may not be addressed depending on available time and/or impact of the question. Proposals shall only be considered from the pre-proposal conference attendees.
